The Bespoke Process

Ten steps.
Think twice, cut once.

“If you can think it, we can make it.”

Rooted in strict traditional Italian and British tailoring, the house elevates the word bespoke to its full expression: specially made, for a particular person. A tracksuit in double silk Marocain. A fully transparent suit in silk organza. A pure cashmere bespoke T-shirt. There are no limitations.

01

Design Appointment

With the master tailor’s guidance you decide the garment, the cloth — chosen from a library of over 12,000 — and the details, while your measurements and posture are noted. The original sketch can be yours the same day.

02

Pattern Drafting

From more than thirty measurements, an individual pattern is hand-drafted on card from scratch — posture, body and style resolved into the house cut.

03

Cutting

The pattern is transferred to cloth in chalk, style lines drafted free-hand, inlays marked for the future — then cut by hand, with shears.

04

Making

The finest natural canvases — horsehair, linen, wool — give the piece its silhouette before it is basted together by hand for the first fitting.

05

Baste Fitting

The pivotal stage. Lapel, pockets, pleats — decisions are made and unmade while the garment is perfected to your posture.

06

Marking Up

The garment is taken completely apart, re-marked, re-cut. Every adjustment is recorded to your personal pattern for all future orders.

07

Forward Fittings

Across further fittings the fit is refined toward perfection. First commissions usually ask two or three between baste and delivery.

08

Finishing

Fully hand-finished, inside out — every buttonhole hand-made in silk twist. For every baste stitch, twenty hand stitches follow.

09

The Final Press

Beyond crispness, the press lets canvases and inlays settle and drape with the cloth — a sharp finish shaped to your cut alone.

10

Delivery

Your piece arrives on a custom-engraved wooden hanger, logged and coded — so every future commission begins where this one ended.
